Liv Eat — Restaurant in Sydney

Usually don't write these but my positive experience compelled me...... Nice, friendly Australian teenage girl of Indian decent working at Sydney domestic store was very apologetic that my order was taking a while (I didn't think it was taking long at all as they were busy). She gave me a free chicken and cheese toastie without any fuss or prompting from me. I was very impressed and wished I'd realised and thanked her in person. The toasties were beautiful and filling. I will definitely visit again next time I'm at the airport!!...

I had a disappointing experience here as someone who does not eat aioli/mayo. I ordered the burrito bowl and it was covered in chipotle mayo. The ingredients for the dish specified chipotle ‘dressing’ whereas all other bowls were clear about aioli or mayo in the ingredients. Staff were not accommodating or kind and said I had to buy another one. After a fruitless discussion about the difference between aioli and dressing - I ended up walking away with a dish I would never eat. Five out of five stars...

The most disgusting experience. They make an error on my order, then want me to pay for a complete new one to make it again. They were extremely rude, in particular the cashier that made the mistake forcing others to not help me when they wanted to. So to the staff’s defense, they tried to help, the cashier with a D on his name refused and yelled at his staff to not help me and remake an order worth 14 Aud. The most absolute ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen....
