Just went through racism for the first time in my life. This staff forgot to press "enter" of the pos machine, which caused no response for around 20 seconds. Instead of apologizing, he questioned me why it took so long and thought I was merely wasting time. I’m afraid that the racism is real when I witnessed his hospitality to others(who are apparently not Asian). When I turned and left, I heard him talking loudly about me with the others. I tried being polite to him every time I talk by using “please” and a gentle tone. Apparently I’m not getting back any respect that I deserve. Read moreIts open late unlike the cafes at the quantas terminal 3 and all the others stores e.g. Macca's are closed at 9.30pm. Whereas Inbound is open till 11.30pm. It's the only place to get food in the domestic terminal thats open till late.
And I got a really fresh, huge red delicious apple (my fave). The fruit was better than the apples I get from Woolworths. I also go a chuppah chup lol wasn't expecting them to sell those but they do!
Lots of people were itching about the customer service and cleanliness in the other reviews. I honestly think that place looks good and the service is good. I think it's a bit much to whinge over a couple crumbs under the bench....
Read moreTwo guys, one woman. Felt like the guys were doing me a favour by serving me and others who turned up after me. Large flat white and gourmet(huge joke) beef pie. Took far too long to heat the pie and when it got to me, the pasty had gone soggy, split in half and had begun oozing across the plastic plate it was served on. The pie made Mrs Mac or a Four & twenty much more desirable, they at least have meat in them. So "Gourmet Beef Pie" is a far too generous description. In it's favour, I did find three small pieces of meat among the gelatinous yuk that surrounded them. Nah! Next time I'll keep walking, try and find a Mrs Mac or...
