WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE As a Kensington local, I support the local businesses, however today, Oct 16th I had the worst experience ever. When I get the store, which was my first time, I started to browse the menu to decide what to choose and the attendant pushed me to place the order as soon as possible - he was with earphones on and shouting at me. Initially I ignored his attitude because I thought was a lack of manners or culture, however, when I asked him to add mayo in my kebab he took out his earphones and he yelled at me saying that in the next time I would need to place the order correctly. I’ve been leaving in Australia for six years and it was the first time I had the feeling I was in an unsafe environment, it was a really bad experience, the attendant was rude and impolite I felt completely...

The person making the kebab for me touched all the ingredients with his hand aswell as with his glove (that's been on his left hand for the past hour or so, touching everything else). His tongues also had residue of cheese & other bits of stuff on it (from previous foods. And NO, I did NOT want cheese on my kebab). Can you believe it, he didn't hesitate to clean his tongues (with his gloved hand) INTO MY KEBAB while making it! I watched & felt sick. YES, I kid you not; he actually put the sticky cheesy stuff (that was stuck on the tongues) cleaned out with his dirty gloved hand, INTO my kebab together with all the other ingredients I asked for. Where was his respect for the paying customer which was patiently waiting? I will never buy anything from...

Place is authentic. I tried their mixed kebab roll at like 9pm. The diameter of the roll was maximised by preventing overlapping of the roll on itself while compensating for the contents falling out by wrapping the whole thing with 3 layers of paper. I've never seen this before, and it meant you get more meat and salad for the same sized roll. Sauces were so well balanced in intensity and quantity. All of this for a very reasonable price given my experience.

Although the wrap was colder than I'd hoped, the above points really brought it home for me, and it was late at night anyway.

4/5 would go again but hope the wrap comes out hotter
