9-Jan-2017, Tue 13:45. I find it a bit confusing how they have one checkout for the food (sushi) and another for the drinks, without the possibility of ordering both at one checkout. I don't want to seem racist or anything but for some reason I lose confidence when I see foreign language text next to English (e.g. on their menu). This is made worse by not being able to find their ingredients lists on their website (I couldn't find the word Jasmine on their website either). I ordered a simple cold Jasmine tea (no sugar, no topping, no ice etc.; See photo). I can't say I enjoyed it, probably just isn't the type of tea to have cold. I also want to mention that I'm not a fan of those plastic cups. And plastic sheet melted on top that gives you no choice but to use a straw to puncture it seems unnecessary. The marketing on them is actually downright lame with words such as "100% fun", "100% happiness" and "100% cool". The staff seemed friendly but was disappointed that they didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt. The study was relatively alright, but for goodness sake, stop adding that plastic grass imitating prop from sushi boxes!!! We don't need unnecessary plastic. I've emailed them and asked where I can see their ingredients lists. I won't bother with their drinks again until I know what's in them. I might get sushi from them again if I'm really in the mood for sushi and not willing to travel far.

Ordered a lychee green tea 50% standard ice due to sore throat. They serve me half cup of ice. I complained and the staff doesn’t even care.

Horrible experience. I asked for Assam black tea with cream top, half sugar no ice. I always order this, usually staff would come to me and say the cream top will not float without any ice, and I always say it is fine for me, cause I always blend the cream with the tea anyway, I don't want the cream to float anyway. And the staff would say okay and just make it.

However, this staff today kept ARGUING with me saying that it won't make sense, after I explained everything above for THREE times. And then she rolled her eyes at me and said anyway and turned around to make the drink. Even when she was making the drink, she was discussing (dissing) about my order with the other staff.

I hope I won't be served by you ever again, i hope I won't see you ever gain, you are just horrible... it was very...

DEAD FLY IN DRINK

A few weeks ago I ordered a tea from here and happened to open the lid towards the end, and saw a massive dead fly.

Reported it to the server, and she gave me a new one, which I appreciated, but refused to escalate the matter to management. She said they'd have to throw out the product, and the process to put through a refund would be too time-consuming and tedious...

I had to push to get the manager's contact details, and he still hasn't responded. Still waiting, Kelvin.

The worst part is, after having this conversation and showing her the dead fly which apparently came from the jelly, she continued to sell the same contaminated product.

Go elsewhere. It's not worth your money and...
