Babyccino — Restaurant in Sydney

We ordered an Acai Bowl along with a few other items and paid for everything. About five minutes later, we were told that the Asian Salad wasn’t available. We were confused at first, as we hadn’t ordered an Asian Salad, but realized our Acai Bowl had been mistaken for it. When we finally received the Acai Bowl, it had frozen clumps in it and wasn’t a smooth texture at all. After bringing this up, I was told they could microwave it for me, but at that point, I wasn’t interested. I requested it to be packed up so I could blend it at home. The customer service was lacking, and while the other food was fine, the Acai Bowl was a big disappointment. Additionally, the $2.80 charge for a babyccino...

From Favourite Spot to Disappointment !!

I used to frequent this place before work, always looking forward to a hot chocolate with extra chocolate and a ham and cheese toasted sandwich. The service was impeccable; staff would start preparing my order the moment I walked in.

However, my recent visit was a stark contrast. The hot chocolate was lukewarm, lacking the extra chocolate, making it taste like microwaved milk from the previous night. The sandwich took 25 minutes to prepare and was served cold, uncut, and hastily shoved into a bag, as if forgotten.

It’s disheartening to see such a decline in quality and service. I hope management addresses these...

Recently ordered a chicken cheese avocado in french baguette from here, and mmm, I enjoyed every mouthful. Tasted so fresh—especially the baguette—and creamy, with a generous amount of avocado, something similar cafes tend to skimp on. I didn’t dine in so I can’t speak to that experience, but I received great value for money here. Thanks for the nice meal! (Edit to add that the red checkered paper the baguette was wrapped in was very cute and did a great job...
