I’ve had enough of the poor service at this place. I came to pick up two orders, and as usual, I was told it would be “ready in 10 minutes.” I waited patiently, only to be told after 10 minutes that the order still wasn’t ready.

This isn’t a one-off incident — this happens every single time I come here. It’s a pattern of delays and false promises. What’s even more frustrating is that the restaurant confirms the order as ready in the Uber Eats app — which is completely misleading. If the food isn’t ready, why are you marking it as “ready for pickup”?

If you can’t prepare the food on time, don’t accept the order. It’s that simple.

We Uber Eats drivers work in all kinds of weather — rain, cold, heat — just to make a decent living. Evening time is especially important for us to earn. But every minute we waste here is money lost, time wasted, and immense frustration.

Restaurants need to start seeing delivery drivers as customers too. We deserve the same respect and reliability you’d give someone dining in. Start treating us better — and most importantly, have the orders ready when we arrive. This level of carelessness is...

Solid food, disappointing takeaway organisation and customer service.

Ordering online, I received a message that food would be ready at X time. Upon arrival at the store, I was told the food was not ready yet, but it would be "7-8 minutes" - no problem, online ordering timings can often not match with actual timings.

Sitting by the counter, about 25 minutes later, I finally received my food. No updates between, nor any apologies at any point. I would usually put this down to just a slight misjudgment of times, but whilst chatting to other takeaway customers while waiting, we all had been waiting far longer than informed by the FOH staff - including one man who's order "had not been lost" but could not be found by the kitchen staff. I'm sure we all would've been happier to wait if we had received constant, HONEST, communication.

Overall, the food itself would have received a 4/5 - solid, reasonably priced but nothing sensational. However customer service was lacking. As a local, I hope that this was a once off with the lack of options around, but it definitely turns me off...

I had an amazing dining experience at Zeera Tadka Indian Restauran. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The aroma of freshly cooked spices filled the air and instantly made us hungry.

The food was absolutely delicious every dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the biryani was perfectly spiced and fragrant, and the naan bread was soft yet slightly crispy around the edges. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and take great care in preparing each meal.

The service was exceptional attentive without being intrusive, and our server happily recommended dishes based on our taste preferences. Portion sizes were generous and offered great value for money.

If you love Indian cuisine or want to try it for the first time, I can’t recommend Zeera Tadka enough. It’s a hidden gem that delivers both in taste and hospitality. I’ll definitely be...
