I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this establishment. I ordered the chili jam and cashew nuts beef noodles, but unfortunately, the dish contained only a minimal amount of beef, approximately 3-4 pieces. When I politely brought this issue to the attention of the waitress, he seemed dismissive and uncooperative. In a confrontational manner, he insisted that if I wanted additional beef, I would need to pay extra. Disappointed by the response, I requested a refund, which was reluctantly provided by the waitress with a hostile demeanor. Subsequently, when I attempted to place another order, my request for service was refused. Overall, this encounter left a negative impression, and I do not plan to return to this establishment. I complained that the 2 orders had 2 cucumbers per dish, a total of 4 cucumbers that were missing from the 2 dishes. The lady said they do not follow the photos. I found it weird when one orders through the photo and they follow the photo orders. This is corruption in the first place. This restaurant should close down. We ordered two curries with veg and tofu and rice, as we do not eat meat through Uber eats. Delivery arrived in good time, opened our food as we were starving, only to find they were packed full of chicken. Rang the store several times over 10 mins to correct the order, could not get through. Ended up having to drive in and get the order fixed. All I received was a sorry and some spring rolls.
