Recently I when to this restaurant , the food and ambience was good . The service was quite bad , the staff were rude and not doing any good service Ordered a lychee magic jug and just got a jug of plain soda with mint leaves and 6 pieces of lychee for 20 dollars all the syrup was at bottom , was not mixed at all or any stirrer was given , spoiled the taste of the entire dinner experience.asked for chilli sauce , never got it served All this device for an extra 10%...

CHECK WHAT YOU ARE EATING AND DRINKING FROM!!! I am honestly disgusted at their service. As I was drinking from my cup I saw that there were previous lipstick stains left on my glass. It is a major health risk and safety issue for anyone as bacteria and other contaminants are clearly on that glass and it just shows that they do not take care in properly cleaning their table ware and drink ware. Someone with a weak immune system could severely get sick from that all because they don’t want to correctly wash what they serve to their own customers. The smallest amount of bacteria can negatively impact an individual’s health . Working in the food industry means taking into consideration ANYTHING that could impact a customer’s health, safety and satisfaction. It does not matter if they are a new employee or an employee who has worked there for a while. It’s common sense to clean what you serve properly. It is their responsibility to serve and display clean and hygienic equipment for customers to use so they do not catch any possible severe bacterial contaminants. Went for dinner with the family and this is absolutely the best Thai restaurant that has ever opened in Mount Druitt. The food was perfect, delicious, piping hot, tasty and the service was unbelievably fast. We watched the staff buzzing about the restaurant looking so busy but every one of them were pleasant and smiling. I would recommend easing off on the entrees as the mains are huge and will definitely have you full for days. When we arrived at 6.45pm, we’d booked a table and were seated quite quickly. The table was so close to the table in front and behind us but the staff member who seated us happily moved us to a different table with more space. You have to give this place a try, it was a little noisy but that’s only because the restaurant was full, so not really a negative. Kudos...
