This is twice now I’ve had to go back to the store to get my order fixed. I was going to post a review after the first time but chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. However this is now twice it’s happened. All the staff that work there have no sense of urgency about them and the now two times I’ve had to go back because my order was wrong, the staff I’ve spoken to haven’t showed any little bit of remorse or even apologised but instead have looked at me in disgust because they’ve had to remake an order that THEY screwed up in the first place It’s a shame really that this is a regular occurrence, I should be able to order my food with confidence that it will be correct and not have to check every single piece...

Went on a Sunday afternoon when it was not crowded. Food was average and fries were not properly seasoned. Ordered a takeaway for kids using the app. They had issues with their sundae maker and would not refund us nor give us the drink we wanted. Ended up getting two packets of churros that is again not great. Had to wait long to get queso which was cold and ended up being wasted. Very poor experience. Even if it's an app order, if the restaurant does not have a product and cannot swap to something that the customer wants, a refund should be processed instead of making food that is...

Frustrating and upsetting with the big breakfast burito. My girlfriend and I ordered a breakfast burito and a big breakfast burito and they were the same size so i asked the lady who gave me the order "sorry is this meant to be the big breakfast burito?" to which they replied yes. Upon getting to the end of my big breakfast burito i had discovered only egg and hashbrown with extremely minimal anything else inside.
