Beloli Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Conveniently located cafe near the hospital with very poor customer service and kitchen staff care factor. They have a really good selection of gluten free and vegetarian slices/snacks/gf bread. The staff member wearing eyeglasses, serving, could at best be described as hating her job and hating customer service. When I said something about the quality of my cheese and tomato toastie, it wasn't even met with any care/enquiry from the woman serving me with eyeglasses at the front. I was really disappointed. They've lost my and my families ongoing business as a result. A simple apology or attempt to ask what could have been improved when I approached the woman would have more than sufficed. Watching her serve other customers just reinforced my personal experience. Hopefully things improve in this business. It's certainly got good things going for it. OVERALL: Wouldn't recommend. There are 5 cafes within 1 minute walking distance of this place and I'd recommended...

I've been coming to this cafe on and off for the past year or so. It's the closest cafe to RPA Hospital that serves up freshly squeezed juices with no added syrups etc. Their food is always fresh and the staff very friendly. They offer table service as well. Try out their salmon and rye bread toasted or the signature Vietnamese dish glass noodles with loads of fresh vegetables. Very healthy!

Also, they offer really reasonably priced catering to the local area. Huge fruit platters and other mixed platters of their rice paper rolls etc.

This place is a disgrace! The food and the attitude of staff is deplorable. I wish I could get the 5 minutes back. I waited in line to be served and continuously watched the staff laugh amongst themselves about every customer, then did the exact same to myself. What could possibly be so humorous? maybe the coffee they serve or the fact this place is still functioning.The barista needs to get rid of his smartarse and cocky attitude and put more effort into his work.
