Family owned and operated. I used to like this restaurant but my recent experience was dreadful. Not sure if it's changed hands or something. Our family of 5 was served with 3 dishes whilst the 2 remaining members waited 20 mins for our remaining dishes! The wait staff are inexperienced and not attentive in the slightest. i asked for fresh chilli and got chilli sauce, I gave them the empty tea pot to refill only to have to ask for a new one when one wasn't brought back. There were only us and one other table in the restaurant at 7pm. C'mon it's 2021 and post covid-19. If you want to bring customers back pick up your game. We're never coming back after this experience.AVOID unless...

We came here for dinner at Thursday night. The restaurant was pretty full. We got the siomay entree, chicken skewers, nasi rames and bakmi ayam klompit. The siomay was mild in taste, not really fishy and the peanut sauce was quite runny and sweet. The skewers were tender but the sauce just tasted like the ABC sweet soy sauce. The fried chicken was dry and the prawn crackers weee soggy 🥲 the noodles were more redeeming, very flavourful and very filling serving. There were lots of takeaway orders and the locals seemed to love it! They do close early! 8pm so get in quick! Will return to try...

Great food. Cap Cay was great, as was the clear chicken soup #8. Fried chicken leg was good.

We didn't enjoy the beef soup that much #7.

The service was great once we were seated and ordering. The waitress was very good at explaining dishes and helping us decide what to order.

We will be back.

The disappointing thing was when we arrived to a very busy restaurant, no one acknowledged us or told us where to wait for a table. There was an empty table with dishes so in the in end we sat there and helped ourselves to a menu, while they...

If you like Indonesian cuisines you should try this restaurant. All authentic Indonesian food. Cook by Indonesian master chefs. As i remember I had try Sotomi, soto betawi, chicken noodle, fried rice, tahu telor, bihun bakso and also asinan Jakarta.. The fried rice is simply the best in Sydney. Ambience not over crowded, good service and good for family or group... excellence!
