Betty's Burgers — Restaurant in Sydney

Came here last Thursday and was there for a total of 2 hours (were way too early for our flight lol), ordered 3 times, once during their dinner rush. We were served twice by Ali and once by the sweet girl in the black hijab (unfortunately did not get her name) , both were super friendly, attentive and welcoming, Ali was super understanding when my kid accidentally spilled his drink and clean it up right away! The store is very accommodative as they were able to cut smaller the chicken strips and burger for our two kids, special requests were followed excellently for the burgers as well even during the rush. The food tasted amazing, I do recommend the deluxe burger, our kids also loved the onion rings and chicken strips. However, their prices are a little bit on the higher end, unfortunately they do not offer any kind of meals or family bundle so the bill can rack up quite quickly (especially the $2 sauce) and the food can take quite a bit to come out during the rush. Disappointing Experience at Betty’s Burgers Sydney Airport

We had a really frustrating experience at Betty’s Burgers in Sydney Airport. When placing my order, the staff member was cheerful and friendly, and I was told it would take 10 minutes to be ready. However, it ended up taking a ridiculous 36 minutes, which is unacceptable at an airport where people are on tight schedules.

When I followed up and politely asked if our food could be prepared quickly since we were running late for immigration and our flight, the same staff member’s attitude completely changed. He seemed annoyed and displeased, and when I saw him making our burgers, he was literally throwing ingredients onto the buns with no care whatsoever.

For an airport location, efficiency and customer service should be a priority. This experience was stressful, and the food wasn’t even assembled properly. Definitely not what I expected from Betty’s Burgers. Would not recommend if...

On 4th June 2025 at 5.30pm I ordered a chicken supreme crispy burger.

The bread rolls were not of the normal high standard served with this meal and the rolls were not even fresh and were very stale and the burger overall quality drastically changed and was equivalent to a hungry jacks burger and not worth $18.50

I like Bettys Burgers and dine here regularly but the meal was extremely disappointing this time .

The bread roll was not even to Coles or Woolworths acceptable standard and they would have donated the bread rolls to a charitable organization or disposed of them.

Sadly I have dined here many times as I work at the Airport but have reservations about dining here again as other Bettys Burgers dining venues would not serve these stale old bread rolls that didn't taste fresh and I hope I don't get sick from this...
