Unfortunately, female staff member was extremely rude to my mum when she said she didn't want radish in her roll. The staff member was so condescending to my mum saying she should have read the menu and told her when ordering, in a very rude tone while making a face. I told the staff to please don't speak to my mum like that and that she has a disability and maybe didn't see all the ingredients. Also, customers are allowed to change their mind about an ingredient - it's not the end of the world. The worst is that the owner, who witnessed it all, did not even say sorry and laughed and questioned "she has a disability??". Yes, you may not be aware that visual impairments cannot be seen. I used to go here before flying all the time. Never again. I've never seen them speak to white customers like this, and to laugh at those who are partially blind? Unforgivable. So disappointing, I loved this place. My mum was asking me the whole drive here "do you think the Vietnamese place will be open?". They never accepted what they did or said sorry, yelled my mum away from the restaurant when we raised our concern. So disheartening. Don't go here unless you want to be talked down to like you're less than human.

My partner whenever he's in the area will come and get the crackling pork and roast pork banh mi because it is so delicious. He usually orders 2 so he can eat one later.
I usually order the chicken or crackling pork pho noodle soup. And I can tell you, they are both the best I've ever had. The flavours are so fresh and delicious, I honestly wish I could eat 2 bowls every time. It's like having a warm hug which makes you feel so content and happy.
The owner of the restaurant and his partner always remembers us and they both truly care about the quality of the food they produce, and they want to make sure you have the best tasting experience.
