Bird N Burger — Restaurant in Sydney

It's hard to get a good vego burger, especially in the Shire, and the ones you do find usually have boring ingredients and bland patties. Not here!! The bun was seeded, pretty fresh, and not overly processed. All the veg was fresh, even the avo was perfectly green. Patty was not too dry (often happens with falafels and faux meat, or, you get a pea and corn patty that's dripping in oil) and had a good crunchy consistency with interesting flavours. The chilli jam was an awesome sauce choice too, just right and not too sweet. We also got a large side of sweet potato fries and it was a pretty generous portion, nicely salted.

The prices are pretty good value for what you get. $12 for a premo veg burger is great. The packaging was good too, I can see why there's other reviews saying Bird N Burger deliver well. Ordered a number of times from here via DD and always very happy with the food. Ordered a classic burger on the 27/06 and took a bite, thought this isn't right and noticed the beef was raw on the inside (photo below). So I went hungry that night. Notified DD and rec'd a message they would notify the restaurant. I had no expectation of a refund or similar as mistakes happen but a simple apology would have been nice as I took a bite out of that and would prefer to avoid food poisoning. And here we are 2 weeks later and not a word. Maybe a google review will get their attention - regardless will not be reordering in a hurry.

Amazing! I go to Bird n Burger about once a week/fortnight. The owner is lovely and all the staff are lovely also. I have NEVER had an issue with my food (which is an amazing record since I eat there so often). I recommend the chilli bird burger meal!

Meals are very fairly priced and a big menu to choose from. I love bird n burger so much I was actually a bit sad during their (well deserved!) Christmas shutdown because I missed the burger so much...

Definitely give bird n burger a go even if you don’t live in Kirrawee! I am telling you it’s worth...
