Blend Cocktails — Restaurant in Sydney

The first drink I tried was their avocado cocktail which was okay however its not sweet and it’s too thick and they put about 10 pieces minimum of strawberries in them so its more like half fruit and half a cup of the thick non sweet avocado drink mix. The 2nd thing I tried was the French toast knafeh and the servings are generous however it tastes bland plus I didn’t like the thick non tasty cheese used so I wouldn’t recommend it! Ive had their frappes and milkshakes and 3 out of 9 times they were really nice and sweet because I told them how I liked it. However the other 6 out of 9 times it just tasted like cold milk. Sometimes I’ve noticed that you will tell the staff something and they just nod but don’t actually write it on the receipt or tell kitchen staff hence why when I get it, its wrong. The only staff member that listens to me is the Male with the beard because he actually cares about his customers! All in all I feel sad writing this review because I’ve given them many chances in person and on the uber eats app, however it’s not consistent and I just can’t do it anymore! So I’ve given one star for the couple times they got it right with my orders and one star for the staff member who listens and is dedicated to making the customers experience...

I’ve visited tropicana Liverpool many, many times over the years. Tonight I went in and ordered a extra large mango and strawberry cocktail and was very, very disappointed. I couldn’t even drink it, revolting. I used to visit several times a week but then stopped because they either stopped using real fruit at times or there was no fruit in it at all. This has happened many times, it’s a shame because when it’s made right it tastes amazing. Tonight it tasted exactly like frozen mango and strawberries from the Coles frozen section, so bland, literally no flavour what so ever, at times it seems like they add strawberry and mango syrup. This has happened way too many times, I felt the least I can do is give my honest experience and review. On a side note, I came in yesterday and it was great, hence I came back tonight but was let down. Very inconsistent. Won’t be back... I found this place well going to the dentist earlier this year. So the first time I ordered an açai there, I was SOLD. It was the best I had anywhere - the texture of the taste, the toppings and the generosity, perfect, so I told everybody about this place and made them go from far and wide to try it. I myself live in Parramatta and found myself heading there at least twice a week to have some. This recent weekend we were passing through Liverpool and stopped in to get açai .
