5 Stars â A Must-Visit for Shawarma Lovers!
I was seriously craving a proper shawarma and decided to make my way from Oran Park to check out Shawarma Night & Gelato after seeing all the great reviewsâand Iâm so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is clean, spacious, and inviting. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the lovely staffâespecially a wonderful lady named Shaamie. When I told her I was after an authentic shawarma experience, she smiled and said, âPay for the order and Iâll take care of your shawarma.â And that she didâfar beyond expectations.
Shaamie truly has magic in her hands. The shawarma she prepared for me was, without a doubt, the best Iâve had in Sydney so far. Everything was incredibly freshâthe meat, the ingredients, and the perfectly toasted wrap. You could taste the care and passion she puts into her food. Every bite was bursting with flavour, and I could tell this wasnât just a mealâit was a labour of love. The filling was generous, the seasoning spot on, and the texture absolutely perfect.
In just a few minutes, she plated and served it with such grace that it felt like I was being looked after by a friend. It was so good, I had to order a second shawarmaâthis time the chickenâto take away.
What really stood out was not just the food, but the warm, genuine hospitality. Shaamie is a gemâkind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in creating both delicious meals and memorable customer experiences. Itâs rare to see someone care so much about both the quality of the food and the happiness of every guest.
Iâll definitely be back the next time I need my shawarma fix. Shawarma Night & Gelato has earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good food and even...
Read moreVery rude with customers! I went there to try a shawarma meal and there was a middle aged lady behind the counter by herself who looked a bit busy so understandably she took a bit long and a called a younger lady take my order. The younger lady seemed well mannered and asked me what ingredients i would like inside my shawarma but the fact that they had their music playing loudly and she spoke softly, i wasnt able to hear her properly so i had to lean in a little bit to asked her what some of those were and even if she could repeat herself after saying a couple of them. The vibes i got from the older lady next to her was as if she was treating me like a pervert trying to flirt with the young girl which i had no intentions of doing whatsoever, everytime i asked a question she would butt in and ask the young girl what i said looking at me with an ugly gesture (like all the sudden now she had time to assist with my order but then again didnt even answer she just wanted to know what was going on smh) in a way as if she was trying to stop communication between us even though i only made questions about the food. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody who has any form of self respect....

Firstly, I would like to clarify respectfully that there was no intention from our side to harm the reputation of your shop or to bring any false accusations. We simply highlighted a basic need that should be considered for delivery drivers who support your business.
Regarding the situation: when we asked for a restroom, a female staff member initially agreed and guided us, but another staff member stopped us. At that point, we respected your staffâs decision and did not insist further. I was also feeling quite hungry and thought of ordering something to eat, but after this experience, I decided not to.
Please understand, our concern was only about basic human needs. Private matters like using the restroom are not something we take lightly. Taking care of one's health is important, especially for delivery partners who spend long hours outside.
Lastly, if you feel uncomfortable working with us, we respect your decision. However, we always aim to work honestly and respectfully, and we believe that mutual understanding and courtesy are important.
Thank you for your time and wishing you and your business all the...
