If you’re in Liverpool and craving authentic Middle Eastern flavors, this place is an absolute must! Tucked away in a modest, down-to-earth setting, this spot serves some of the best falafel and hummus I’ve ever had in Sydney.
What makes it stand out is not just the food (which is always fresh, flavorful, and made with love), but the hospitality. The owner is incredibly generous he often offers us extra portions or little treats on the house. It’s rare to find that kind of warm, welcoming spirit these days!
Prices are extremely affordable, especially considering how expensive the area can be. It’s honestly one of the best-value meals you can find around here.
🅿️ Bonus: There’s free parking available behind the restaurant for up to an hour super convenient if you’re popping in for a quick bite.
If you’re looking for honest breakfast that hits the spot every time, this place delivers. Highly...
Read moreHonestly, it's the 1st time I post a review to someone but now will post it because I believe, it's not fair and doesn't deserve the high stars on google. No offence but this is depending on my experience with other fool and hommos shops. Especially, After I saw all 5 stars and how people gave great feedback. I thought I t will be the best fool shop. But t wasn't how I expected. Homms and fool are the easiest food to cook.
Fool: not tasty, needs salt, lemon, oil, even the fool taste is not how it should be, maybe the quality is not that good. Hommos with meat: hommos is very dry, and hommos doesn't taste like hommos at all, no taste. Fatte: no taste too, needs salt, and lemon. Falafel: was good, I can say it was the best thing.
Last thing, the dishes were dirty.
So please people, be realistic when you post...

While the servings were generous the taste was overall quite bland. The best thing was the felafel. The texture was good, crisp and soft inside but again, needed seasoning or something. Same with the hummus, needed salt and lemon, it was sadly oily and bland. I was told it was cash only so had to walk bit to get cash, then when I returned to my table and pulled out my chair it was covered in food scraps and crumbs. The young male server who bought the food had zero personality and just slammed the plates down and walked off. We compared this to Jasmines in Lakemba which is very similar in look and feel but also excellent food...
