Classic Burger Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

Best burgers locally, especially the fried chicken burgers (and especially the Nashville and the Kentucky). Decent sides, too. Everything is super fresh and made-to-order and it shows (the kentucky tenders, truffle fries and nachos are my favourite).

Some genuine feedback to take this place from great to the absolute best in the business:

Beef burgers are yum but perhaps could do with more consistency and some thought around balancing the flavours and textures (I really do like them, though). Consider using more of things like mushrooms, spicy tomato relish, aioli, dijonnaise, more crunch (say, from your potato scallop or onion rings) to achieve that balance in flavours, so you don't have too many burgers that are dominant in one flavour or texture profile.

In terms of consistency, a few of the beef burgers I had were missing a sauce, either by mistake or by design. The end effect is a burger that when you bite down on it, is moist on one half, and dry in the other. There should always be at least a thin spread of sauce or wet topping on each bun to prevent this happening. I accept that these could've been limited examples, as I generally enjoy the beef burgers too.

I would also like to see some unique, delicious sides that I can crunch on, without having to commit to heavier nachos, tenders, chicken ribs or loaded fries when I'm not in the mood for them. The options of plain fries and onion rings are good and you should keep them, but there are other things you could easily add to your menu that would be popular, are delicious, and not complicated to incorporate into your systems - I'm thinking sweet potato fries (must), maybe fried mushrooms, tempura veggies, perhaps a fresh cut scallop instead of the packaged one (although that might be a bit too fancy lol without...

Was craving for a good burger place and so hit up Classic Burger as it had great reviews. Plenty of parking at the back which is great considering parking can be tricky around Liverpool. The venue is very clean and presentable which was a big plus, it felt hot inside so we were a bit uncomfortable. I'm convinced aircon was on but it was a 42 degree day so I'm not surprised.

Ordered a Hot n Spicy chicken burger, Cali burger and Guacamole nachos. Food was ready out and out before 10 minutes fast :)

The burgers were okay. I don't get to eat too many burgers these days so when I do, my spoiled-self wants a game changer. Although good, these burgers didn't make me cry tears of joy.

The beef patty in the Cali burger had crispy edges which is nice but also meant it was just a tad on the dry side. No matter, tobasco sauce is on the condiments shelf which saves all.

The Hot n Spicy chicken burger was surprisingly good. Normally fried chicken in buns is a concoction for dry and boring but in this case it wasn't thanks to a good combo of sauces.

If I could have re-done something I would have gone the beef Chilli Nachos instead of the guacamole nachos. I chose the guacamole nachos thinking they would help us feel cooler on such a hot day but really just ended up feeling like I was missing out.

Overall we had a nice enough experience. Would we go again? Well, there are quite a few burger places around the area so we're keen to try...

After hearing numerous positive comments about Classic Burger, I finally had the opportunity to visit and see what the buzz was about. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the hype, particularly when it came to the burger itself.

The taste of the burger was, frankly, average. It didn't offer anything extraordinary or unique that would make it worth a special trip. If you're considering driving from afar solely to try their burger, you might find it underwhelming.

However, there are several positives worth mentioning. The restaurant boasts ample seating arrangements, making it an ideal spot for large groups. The space is both spacious and tidy, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy a meal.

While the burger may not have impressed me, the overall setting of Classic Burger is appealing. It’s a great place to gather with friends or family, especially if you're already in the area and looking for a clean, welcoming spot to eat.

In summary, Classic Burger offers a pleasant dining atmosphere with plenty of room for groups.
