I am an Uber deliveryman who delivered food from this restaurant this morning. I delivered 3 orders in total, and although I clearly completed the delivery on time, the owner of this restaurant gave me negative feedback, which greatly affected my livelihood as a delivery person. Then he told me to contact Uber customer service and resolve this issue myself. When I contacted Uber, they said that you can resolve this issue by contacting customer service. I want you to know how much your reckless, foolish, and arrogant behavior has hurt an innocent person. If you don’t resolve this issue today, I will make sure that all my acquaintances visit your restaurant. And I will definitely ask them to write a review. I don’t know what kind of review they will give. I hope you get a lot of good reviews from them. Your sales increase because there is someone who delivers the food you make, but you don’t seem to appreciate it at all. An innocent person has been harmed because of your wrong behavior. Visited the Blue Whale Cafe & I had a great time. The space was very inviting & comfortable, & the staff super warm & friendly. I ordered the avocado toast, which was very filling (& great value for the price!), & an iced latte. I also tried their chocolate/nutella cookie (unsure of the exact name) & it was delicious too.
