If Crust Neutral Bay hopes to see customers return it's going to have to seriously improve its customer service and product. I've been given the wrong pizza before (dairy cheese on a vegan pizza), but the reason I'll never be back is a recent incident where a home-delivered pizza turned up late, cold and with part of the order missing. I emailed CNB to tell them and ask what they'd do about it, and they said they'd chase up with the delivery guy. Weeks passed without hearing anything, and only after chasing up and complaining did they finally say they'd credit me for a pizza and the missing garlic bread, which they should've done in the first place. When I finally decided to use that credit last night I was told on the phone there was no credit in my name. The girl on the phone said she'd look into it, put me on hold for 10 minutes, then another guy picks up the phone and says "Hello welcome to Crust", with the other girl just... gone. Finally they say they'll give me the credited pizza. I drive to pick it up, they call me and say they're out and I should pick another one. I go pick it up. Get home, pizza's not even cut properly and I need to use scissors to make slices. As you can see, it was one screw up after another, which is why I'll never be back. These people need to seriously lift their game. EDIT: Loving the passive-aggressive, gaslighting response from the owner which is full of straight-up lies. "Bullying"? Utter nonsense. I'm not surprised though after reading similar aggro responses from the owner on other customers's complaints. Looks like a pretty open and shut case of someone who can''t take any responsibility for their own failings so just points the finger back at the other person and blames them. Narcissistic much? Needless to say we will no longer purchase Crust Neutral Bay Pizzas
We ordered pizza due for pickup at 6:45 pm.
Arriving at 6:40 pm we were told it was not ready. Several cooked pizzas were sitting on top of the oven.. We watched customers and delivery drivers come and go.
Unfortunately we also watched one staff member with his mask around his chin prepare pizzas in between scratching his chin and laughing and talking with all of the staff, the other young girl making serving customers and preparing pizzas wearing gloves spent over 5 seconds at a time REPEATEDLY rubbing her nose then diving into the cheese and food containers continuing to prepare pizzas. This is not acceptable let alone while we are midst pandemic.
After 15 minutes we asked if our pizza was ready and yes it was one of the pizzas that had been sitting on top of the oven since we arrived... The pizzas were not checked properly when we first arrived. My husband commented it had been sitting there since we arrived and this staff member quickly dismissed my husband and kept chatting with the staff.
