Ate here with my wife on 4-5 ocassions and customer service was terrible. it was a beautiful day and we sat outside in the sun when the asian staff lady came and pulled the awning out, we asked her not to close it we like sitting in the sun and she said its for the other customers. The 2 other tables around us said the enjoyed the sun aswell and we all told her to open it back up. no body complained.. she just felt the need to close it,
not to mention the short chubby guy presumably the owner kept starring at my wife everytime we ate and when we looked at him he would continue starring and made it awkward.. i dont eat here anymore, GRIND cafe in revesby is much better with friendly staff and service..

The frappe was not tampered with and this is definitely not an issue of Uber but 100%, the issue of the restaurant as it is a custom of the restaurant to sticky tape it closed, then glad wrap it. Since the sticky tape hadn't been tampered with, then 100%, Coffee with Tom basically gave me a frappe that was half full. I'm so annoyed as it was not cheap and I had paid $1 extra for lactose-free milk. Read moreThe staff this morning (lady in particular) was very rude. When the customer asked how long until the order will be ready, the response was very rude and argumentative toward the customer. If the cafe is busy there is no need to take our frustration and lack of staff hired for the busy Saturday morning shift out on customers. Do not dine here, do not order from here. Unless this lady gets manners or does a course in customer service she should not be in a customer...
