Coffee With Tom — Restaurant in Sydney

Was misled by the crowd. I noticed the worker would bring out orders. For that reason i opted to give a go. I have an event next week and I just can't get sick. Put my mask on. There was complete no order. They think it's appropriate for a customer to squeeze through people to make an order. I couldn't see what the coffee bean they use. I think the most contributing factor for the 1 star is customer service. The fact every single person waiting outside for coffees were handed their coffees. But yet the person who was the only one wearing a mask is made to go back to squeeze in to collect from counter. It was 2 coffees. There were others that had 1 coffee that was handed over. The minimum I expect from a cafe is customer service and consistency. The vibe I got was because I was in a mask I got treated...

Consistency is key, people. I am local and order multiple times a week. Ubereats mostly, and generally with delivery orders the quality can be lost- not these guys. CONSISTENTLY good. Packaging, especially for the smoothie is well thought out and spill proof. I order the breakfast burger (minus avo) + other changes they always accommodate and read instructions carefully, and a banana smoothie (I am a really picky eater, love their smoothies!). I have also visited in person, the atmosphere is friendly and the customer service, personable. Not sure why they have such low reviews, assuming these are one offs- they are lovely people who get really busy.

This place used to be Bon Appetit, but still the same people and same menu. Food is okay, but dining experience is bad, very cramped setup, tables are too close to each other, inside is very noisy due to echo. Outside tables are very hot during breakfast and lunch due to direct sunlight. No table service, so if you are by yourself someone may take your sit while you are queueing to order. Worst thing is they charge for condiment, $20 for three eggs omelette and they still want an extra dollar for a dab of strawberry jam. Used to go there due to lack of choices, but better cafes opened in the vicinity, so stopped having...
