Broaster Chicken Campbelltown — Restaurant in Sydney

Came in at 10:45 at night with a friend, hungry for some light food. I ordered the cheesy chips, she ordered some chicken wings. Leo had shut the roller door to keep the place warm, and offered to open it up so we could be warm too.

We did have to wait a bit for our food but we weren't fussed. When our food came, the cook let us know that he had made my chips with a blue cheese mix. I was a bit skeptical but tried it.

Oh. My. God. Easily the most delicious cheese fries I've ever had in my life. The whole time Leo was friendly and attentive to not only us, but the huge party at the back of the shop, even getting a milk crate for a better angle when they asked for a photo.

I honestly have never received customer service like that in Campbelltown, maybe not anywhere. It was our first time at Broasters, late at night, and yet we felt completely welcomed. And again, the food! My chips were to die for and so was my friends chicken. We loved it so much that we've dubbed it our weekly spot after work. And I'll be bringing cash next time, as Leo and his staff absolutely deserve a tip!

Seriously can't recommend this place enough! UberEats wont give you the full experience, you have to be...

Two days ago I had wings they were tasty. Today, I went there following things happened in series- Teenage girl notes down wrong order. the Same girl abused me, in front of me when she was talking with her friend because I asked for an item that is available on their online menu. She forgot to add 1 item. ( i was home by then ). My family member gave a call to the shop to say that one item is missing which the teenage girl couldn't understand for 2 minutes. I went back to take my order, again she couldn't hear anything any of my words because she had a portable speaker on the desk. Instead, she asked me to speak aloud. At last, i told her " a customer would not like if he is being abused at the shop " she got it why i said that. Then she said " oh sorry i didnt abuse you, but sorry i have to get back to the work ".

When i tried the food, it was very oily so i have thrown in a dump.

They are running a joke not a business !

Abusing customers ??? It is hard for me to believe...

Little bit disappointed, for so long people have told me to get broaster chicken. I finally went through and ordered on menulog tonight and received the wrong order, when I called up to ask about the situation the guy politely explained it was no longer available and he wasn't able to call me which is understandable. what I didn't appreciate is when he tried to explain that he gave me something better as a replacement and that it cost more money then what I had ordered as if that was the reason I was calling. money was not the problem brother, but unfortunately your menu told me your replacement was still a cheaper order than what I paid, so lying was probably not the best way to go. I will end on a positive though and say the chicken was pretty good I just would have preferred mine so it wasn't all bad but I'm sorry I have to give you a 3 out of 5 for the way you...
