I am deeply disappointed and hurt by my recent visit to this café. I was extremely tired and just wanted to enjoy a simple Flat White. Unfortunately, I may have misspoken and said something that sounded like "wet" instead of "white." I didn’t realize this mistake at the time, but what truly upset me was how the barista and another staff member, standing just two meters away from me, openly mocked my pronunciation.

They laughed and made fun of my accent, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. I understand that people make mistakes, but I never expected to be ridiculed for something as small as mispronouncing a word.

This experience left me feeling very small and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers providing better training to their staff on how to treat customers with respect...

I usually like the coffee and the choice of small cakes and tarts is good. Had a disappointing visit today though. Ordered fish and chips. I was really displeased to find the chips slathered in chicken salt. I detest chicken salt and mentioned this to the waiter, who just shrugged. Unfortunately, the unpleasant addition rendered the chips inedible for me. I guess I will take a tip from other reviewers here and stick to things like the omelette. UPDATE!!! The owner noticed this review and offered a refund! As I said, I like most of their food, so opted for lunch there today instead. Today I had the omelette, which was nicely cooked and filled generously. Coffee was, as always, very good. Should add, a nice touch is that they brought out a bowl of water...

I'm a regular customer of this cafe. But they disappointed me alot. I'm pregnant and ordered full fried well done eggs. But the staff who took the order noted it as the way only she knows as sunny side up. When I got my takeaway the eggs were not well done as I'm pregnant I can't eat half cooked food. I called the cafe she was arguing that, I should tell her clearly how she have to cook the eggs as both sides fully fried and well done no sunny side up. Instead of being apologetic and find a way to satisfy the customer, this lady was rude and yelling at me it's my fault. Such a rude customer service. Such a waste of money and food. Staff should be trained to meet the needs of the customer. Very...

Not sure what happened but one star for the coffee as it's still great, 4 stars of lost for quality within the meal. I'm a regular here and staff were all different excluding the barrister. The kranksy sausage was off/rotten and I confirmed that with my wife trying it also. Somehow the managed to put out cold poached eggs and dried mushrooms. There is a saying in business, your only as good as your worst employee!!! Not coming back, never would if served pre cooked poached eggs and off Kranksy. I hate half the Kranksy confused and will certainly be on the toilet shortly

This place is always busy and I know why!! Because they offer great food at reasonable prices with exceptional service!! Always greeting their patrons with a smile and welcoming bs k their regulars Located in local Clemton Park village this little coffee shop has withstood the test of time in a village where retail has struggled to survive. They must be doing something right. They offer great coffee and terrific cold pressed juices! Parking is plentiful and easy A must!

The girls and I, were very impressed with this little cafe. First of all, the coffee was awesome! The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, cleared our dishes away fast and asked how we were. We enjoyed the variety of the menu. My sister in law loved her Sweet Corn Fritters saying “crunchy with a bit of spice.” I loved my “Hidden egg with a side of hash brown,” and “Bagel Morning” was very moorish.
