Burgers On Broadway Summer Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

I just moved to Summer Hill and, living on the same street as Burgers on Broadway, I decided to stop delaying the inevitable. Tonight I had the Big Zac burger with chips and I was highly satisfied. I'll happily vouch for any burger joint that bucks the hipster trend of shoestring fries. The classic medium-cut chips were generously salted without being sickly. The burger contained a sauce that was uncannily similar to Big Mac Sauce, except the Big Zac is better than a Big Mac in every way. It was refreshing to eat a burger that wasn't concerned with being the tallest in town—it's all about the width. To top it all off, the service was incredibly speedy and you can't argue with the prices. This place was a pleasant surprise. I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before moving to Summer Hill. All I know is that I picked the right street...

Extremely good value meal deals especially given the area. You would not get a fresh burger, basket of fries and can of soft drink for $12-13 anywhere near here. The burger was melt in your mouth and delicious. Hot crispy fries with chicken and natural salt mix.

Only thing lacking was atmosphere - which can easily be fixed by playing some soundtracks from Broadway musicals (check out some free spotify playlists) and use the TV to show some Broadway content instead of free to air. I think that would really lift this as a dine in venue because it was quite dire given the fantastic murals and wall art / theming they have inside.

The other negative was there was no covid check in and I dined in. This was after the announcement of the northern beaches cluster, no excuse. Pls get QR codes and Service NSW app happening...

I recently ordered some food from Burgers on Broadway Summer Hill through Uber Eats and had an issue with the delivery driver who said he delivered the food, but never did and drove off with the order. I was very frustrated so I called the store immediately and the staff were very concerned with what happened to our order from the delivery driver. The staff got straight onto Uber over the phone and reported the delivery driver for theft and also made a fresh order for us as we were out of pocket with no food. The staff were very helpful and made sure that we as their customers were looked after despite Uber not being able to assist through the Uber Eats app. The food was great and despite this delivery issue, we will be back for another order very soon to support a business that has provided great customer...
