Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I tried a few dishes and and I was disappointed at the quality. Here is the list of food I ordered, you can see the food from my pictures.

✅️Medium sashimi $28. 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of sashimi was good, it's fresh. I think sashimi is their best dish. However, it's quite pricely for the size and the amount I got. ☑️Sashimi caparcio. 3 out of 5 stars. The sashimi was good, but I barely see and taste any sauce. It has so much fried shallot and onions on top. It costs about the same as the sashimi I got. I think it's overpriced for this dish. ❌️Agedashi tofu. 2 out of 5 stars Tofu for this dish suppose to be silky tofu, the denseness is from soft to firm tofu but they use extra firm. The tofu is too heavy. I couldn't finish this dish ... ☑️Yakisoba. 3/5 The tastes is ok, I feel neutral about it. ☑️Soft shelf crab tempura. 3/5 This dish is full of flour and I barely can see the crab. Tempura usually have a light coat but this tempura coat is too thick. The sauce that come with the dish is so little.

This dinner cost me more than $100 and I was not happy with the quality I don't think I will come back...

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the lotus root chips, steamed vegetable Gyoza, Okonomiyaki (seafood pancake), Karrage chicken with salad and Cooked Tuna and Avocado Baby Uramaki and every dish was a delight and the portion sizes were good too. The only downside was the order took longer to deliver but that’s not the restaurants fault, the food was ready for some time before the driver picked it up on a push bike and he had another order to deliver before mine, that’s Ubers fault and it’s not the first time this has happened. We've been going here for a year or so and are continuously amused. Don't take this the wrong way, the food is okay and perfect to fill the Japanese hankering in the 'burbs, but we come back for the theatre. They close at 9 sharp and dont get overtime, so if you're eating late, scoff and run before they turn off the music and pack away the soy sauce when you're half way through you're agedashi. The inclusion of a service trolley has slashed kitchen to table delivery time. One of the entrees was "out of order", but the clanger was the...
