Cafe Nho is a hidden gem that offers a delightful selection of Mochi Ice Cream balls. We couldn't resist trying the Taro flavor, and it was absolutely hectic! The combination of the smooth mochi exterior and the creamy taro filling was a match made in heaven. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left us craving for more. Aside from the incredible Mochi Ice Cream, Cafe Nho provided excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. If you're a fan of Mochi Ice Cream or simply looking for a unique and enjoyable dessert experience, Cafe Nho is the place to be. We highly recommend trying their Taro Mochi Ice Cream and exploring their other enticing flavors. Thank you, Cafe Nho, for a memorable and mouthwatering experience. We will definitely be back!

Went in for a sweet treat with friends. Possibly on par with the Cabramatta location (the seating arrangement is better in Canley), however I feel the food (and by food I mean desserts) are better in the Cabra location. Everything just tasted better in the Cabra location (hard to explain). If you haven’t been to either location just try them both out for yourself and make up your own minds. My friends all thought that the ice to dessert and yogurt drink ratio was a tad skewed. Service was great and food came out fast. Gave the same score as the Cabra location only because the seating and layout in Canley was better.

Durian ice cream was our favourite with the fruit mash also being great too. The ice cream was full of durian flavour and very unique to other dessert places. The Summer Sweet Soup was not nice however - the addition of other nuts and toppings made it less authentic to Vietnamese, the longans were very small and overall the dessert was mid. You can get the same dessert but better quality at other similar dessert places. Would recommend ice cream but other desserts than the Sweet Summer Soup.

We are regulars of this cafe at its Cabramatta branch and were quite relax to visit this new branch when we visited Canley Heights on a recent weekend. We ordered 1 iced-coffee and 1 pennywort-coconut-mung bean smoothie and they taste OK like usual. We also appreciate this branch is bigger and has nicer decoration than the Cabramatta one. So, in terms of beverage quality and ambience, we have no problem.

However, we had huge problem with bad customer service from the staff members as mentioned also by other reviewers. While we were enjoying our drinks, there's a young lady staff asking us to move to another table so that they can use our table for other customer. Obviously I rejected the request. I don't care for whatever reason she had, but in my book asking customers who are still enjoying their ordered food / beverage in any cafe / restaurant is a huge sign of BAD customer service and a BIG NO NO if you want repeat customers coming back to your place.

While the prices on menu are quite pricey, we don't mind if we get good quality beverage and customer service, but in this case we're really disappointed with the service level. The boss needs to improve customer service training for the...

This used to be a great place to sit and relax. I went there a few days ago on a cooler night, went to order a hot chocolate and an avocado drink. I was told no hot drinks from the afternoon as they turn the machine off........ A cafe that doesn't sell coffee or hot drinks? I can understand that they want their customers to buy the more expensive drinks instead of coffee, but this is just a ridiculous approach to try to force their patrons. Their Cabramatta shop has already lost lots of customers with their poor service and paper cups, now the same kind of thing is happening here. This is a real shame, I am happy to support local business, but when a business takes their patrons for granted and stops providing the service which made them a great place, then it is time to find another shop to support. Whoever has made the decision to change things at this shop is clearly an inexperienced business person. This is evident from the neglect of the customer experience. I would suggest some further business schooling for this person. 4 stars down to 1, I could not give it the half a star it deserved. I hope they reconsider the way they are running their business and...

Asked for a Viet black with no sugar. Somehow that was an incredibly difficult ask which resulted in the owner getting involved, who was extremely annoye that I deviated from the standard menu. He was extremely condescending and rude and proceeded to tell me how to ask for it in Vietnamese saying I should have known, which is uncalled for and presumptuous considering I am not Vietnamese and thus do not speak the language. All in all he gave zero fks and just wanted to embarrass me for not wanting sugar in my coffee. Thought he could bully a millennial but little does he know that a millennial holds so much power in this technology based age. If you've ever noticed why there are no millennials at the canley store, you now know. Hurt one, hurt us all. Hope your business burns motherfker. That's what's deserving of someone who doesn't offer good...
