I originally left 4 stars a year ago because while the food was good, the staff had no smile and unfriendly service. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill.

This time, the staff were still the same — black face, no smile — but the food is no longer as good. The chicken skin was not crispy, the chicken was overcooked, very tough and dry. Really disappointing!

I went for dinner around 8pm, the restaurant was about 80% full. It was 18 degrees outside, but they kept the door closed and didn’t turn on the aircon. It felt like a sauna inside and was very uncomfortable to dine in.

Havent been back here for a while BUT the noticeable thing is that there are no condiments on the table...so we ordered our food asked for a tea pot.. we poured our tea and they took it and gave it to the new customers that just walked in... i find that bad service.... they never gave us a replacement... tissue are not replaced... the food came out and it does not taste good.. for people who eat other food than their specialy which is chicken will find their soup with a strong chicken smell which may put off their food.. i know its a chicken house but other specialist food place does not have a strong chicken smell in...
