Have been to other stores across Sydney, but the Mosman one really captivated me. The young team is great, with great energy. They really epitomise the Cali Press vibes.
On the whole the Cali is the place I had dreamt of when I was a teenager. As a health professional who works in a local Allied Health business, I am incredibly passionate health. This passion is what sparked me to get into my current profession, as I recognised the importance of movement for health.
On the other side of the coin, the food I consume & how it is sourced/ packaged is just a big a part of the health equation (if not more)!
Naturally, this caused me to beg the question: "Why aren't there any places to eat that focus on health first, instead of just taste?".
It seems Cali Press is the answer to this question, with every single item on the menu being considered for not only how calorie smart it is, but also what kind of unhealthy compounds it contains within. And better still, it tastes amazing! It seems that they've discovered when good ingredients are used, the food tastes even better.
Cali Mosman by far was the best store of the company that I have visited. The environment is really good, with a great sense of energy coming through the store and staff soooo friendly, going always an extra mile to offer the best service for you. Cannot emphasise how grateful I am to have a place to eat that I know is looking out for my health & the environment at large (everything is Biopak). I just wish there were more stores around.

It’s a great corner location and plenty of seating. I love the layout of the store and the menu is great, but the staff need to work on their customer service. I’ve ordered in the app both times I’ve been in now and had issues both times so not sure if it’s the app or just bad luck. The first time they called me over when only half my order was ready so I took the drink and then waited another 10 minutes and watched as a bag sat there with my name on it but they never called me so I walked over and got it, which meant my acai and brain drink was runny by the time I got them. The second time I went I ordered a MYO acai (which I love and was super delicious but the acai was runny) and a large iced turmeric latte. They called my name for the acai but not the turmeric and then after watching a small iced turmeric sit there for the duration of eating my acai I walked over and asked if It was for me and she said yes, I asked if it was large then she said yes before checking my order and saying “oh it’s not I’ll make a bigger one” so then I watched her tip it into another cup and then top up with coconut milk. Read moreMy partner and I often visit for an açai bowl which we both love. Unfortunatley upon every single one of our visits, the staff are very easily confused, distracted, bunched up, not taking notice of people who have ordered or are waiting to order.
Staff on multiple occasions have forgotten our order and have called out the wrong name/s. We expect to wait around 20 minutes for an açai bowl which is crazy, especially at times it is not busy and there’s no reason for that wait time.
Today my partner and I returned and they 1) forgot our order, 2) forgot our names/ called out another persons.
The most upsetting thing was that we were willing to wait for an açai bowl we both love but today it was awful. The açai was completely melted and the young staff attitude was dreadful. This is not what a person expects when they wait and go through awful service to them get given an awful product on top of it all. It was more like an açai soup, not what people want ever, but especially on a hot day. I don’t know how so many mistakes were made and such little care was given. Very disappointed and will carefully reconsider ever returning.
Get better/older more experienced genuine staff and make sure wait times are improved and products...
