Extremely highly disappointed, even though we went here on a public holiday, the 15% surcharge was more than other places. However, the wheelchair accessibility was not existent, all the tables outside were taken whilst all the time are all Jai tables with high chairs, which makes it impossible for a person wheelchair to sit down and enjoy once wanting a table outside, however, the table was at an angle (unlevered) as the footpath is on the slight slant, I think it’s absolutely disgusting that people are allowed to bring their dogs into the food eating area, as I do not appreciate someone’s dog hanging around my feet whilst constantly asking them to tie their dog off once complain to the management management said this is a dog friendly place which I responded hygiene over hounds., The food was average yet it was prices if it was a fancy restaurant even a side salad cost me $29 which is insane prices and all food and we tried wanting. Would i recommend this place,… NO… would i visit...
Read moreJust leaving 2nd review (appalling service 28/12/2023 8pm) as we are locals and the attitude at the bar service was appalling (can't even give 1 star). A second girl behind the main bar has opted to serve someone behind me when I was at the front of the bar next to be served. Even worse, when she she finished serving the guy behind me then she served the guy behind him. I had to wait U til the first girl finished before I got served. 10 months ago I left a great review but now I've changed my mind and we have bookings for their restaurant coming up but will cancel now if that is the attitude we are going to get. If you are planning to come here then as alternative go to The Fernery just up the road 100 meters ...you get great food and even a great view of the city.

Friendly helpful staff.
Easy parking short stroll from Raglan St car park.
Definitely recommend, it’s good to have a vibrant local.
Adding to my above post…. A friend and I had lunch upstairs in the Buena, Sunday lunch midday. Surprised it was not very busy. Thought it might have been a robust family affair being Sunday.
A quiet leisurely lunch. 😊
Highly recommend the Italian dish, pumpkin burnt sage dumplings and the Parmesan crumbed deep fried halloumi chips.
Love to see our local doing well where you can meet up with friends, chat, laugh and enjoy a glass of wine in a relaxing environment is fabulous.
PS: The lunch was unbelievably tasty, so tasty we both decided we’re going to reorder the same again...
