Stepped into sophistication at this chic and stylish Mosman brunch haven, where contemporary flavours served against the backdrop of modern elegance. Nestled within the grandeur of one of Mosman’s treasured heritage listed buildings, this chic café offerings a contemporary seasonal menu with a delightful selection of healthy and nourishing all day breakfast and lunch menu options. Since opening in 2016, they have firmly established itself as a well-loved destination for breakfast and lunch. They recently just revamped their interior to sleek modern blends with the building’s cherished heritage. They also have alfresco setting where you can settle in for brunch under the sprawling peppercorn tree as you watch the bustling streets of Mosman. On the table: / Smoked Salmon Florentine $24 / Baked Eggs $22 / Blooming Reuben $20 / Wagyu Cheese Burger $24 / Acai Smoothie Bowl $19 📍 Location at the end of the video 😉 #sydneyeats #sydneyfood #sydneyfoodie #weekendvibes #brunch #brunchtok #brunchtime #brunchideas #sydneylocal #fypシ #foryoupage #mosman

Bloom cafe is in the suburb of Mosman and it is a quaint area, many locals visiting and it has quite a community vibe to it. The outlook of this cafe is leafy and pleasant and you can also choose to sit alfreco. It's extremely popular and quite a number of people waiting for tables as we were there. We took a seat inside and were given the menu to peruse. There was also a specials menu offering an acai bowl amongst other things. I understand the menu is also going to change soon. A huge drinks menu and lots of smoothies to pick from. This has an extremely healthy focus focus to the menu which suited me and there were plenty of things i'd be happy to select. On this occasion, I went for the granola, nicely spiced with a berry compote and yoghurt - a perfectly light start to the morning. My friend got the healthy bowl of kale, mixed veg and a beautiful tea smoked salmon. Perfect for the healthy conscious folk amongst us. We also shared some baked eggs, that had a flavoursome tomato sauce with chickpeas, capsicum, chorizo and the eggs. Nicely cooked and we very much enjoyed them. Accompanied with some sourdough. They were flexible, allowing me to had brown toast. We both went for a latte but there is a huge drinks menu with heaps of juice and smoothie or options. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily return. You can get takeaway too and some awesome muffins were sitting on the counter! Lovely bunch of staff too.

Rustic interior, friendly wait staff that has positive and welcoming vibe, and healthy food. Happy health conscious Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, clearly labelled items that are vegetarian, vegan, no refine sugar, nuts warning and gluten free options. There is an updated menu. Matcha latte can be without sweeteners (sugar, honey or whatever is in it that makes it way too sweet) which many places can't comply. I'm happy to report they can make it unsweetened ❤️ I had the greens &eggs without cheese. And although there are other cafes around this is consistently the best, friendliness and best place for me to have a lovely start to my morning. Plenty of seats on weekday early mornings. Weekends is quite busy. TIP There are specials on the blackboard, do check them out. Array of drinks Not only for coffees, coffee alternative, organic tea, there are alternative milks and iced drinks. They have fresh juices, smoothies and even gelato milkshakes. I'll have to try their extras of chia seeds, vegan protein powder, raw cacao and acai! Wheelchair, prams, small groups friendly There are large tables, wheelchair friendly unisex toilet (1 toilet only at this place), and there are outdoor seatings under tree, right next to bus stops. Grab a coffee while you wait!

All I can say is wow - Bloom should be on your regular brunching list if you live on the North side. We visited on a Sunday and the cafe was a buzz inside and out with a mix of laid back brunchers and bike riders, refueling after an active start to the morning.

The coffee is a Campos blend which is smooth and creamy. There is also a huge selection of juices and smoothies - you just have to try at least one. I went for the antioxidant smoothie which was full of mango, strawberries and apple juice. It wias deliciously refreshing and the perfect consistency without being too sweet. We also went with the Detox juice which was a mix of apple, ginger, spirulina and lemon - which was fresh and enjoyable.

For brunch we ordered two of the specials - the acai bowl and the corn fritters stack. The staff were extremely friendly and even customized my acai bowl to remove banana. The fruit, acai, coconut water, granola and yogurt blended perfectly together for a healthy and filling start to the day and for only $16.50 it proves that healthy does not have to break the bank! The corn fritter stack is something I would order over and over again. The corn fritters were light, fluffy and melt in your mouth delicious. That, with the accompanying tomato chutney provided a good amount of spice to the dish. Add a side of crispy bacon or leave as a great vego option.

We loved everything we tried and will be adding bloom to our regular brunch picks....
