I am not local and was visiting Camden for the day, wanted a coffee before heading home, it was exactly 5pm on a Thursday, place was "open" for business as the sign was outside the building, lights were on, tables were set, but the outside door was closed and only the one next to the counter inside the building was open. The large access door to the building required a key to be opened... I waited for 15 min in the pouring rain to see if someone else had arrived or anyone inside appeared... another potential customer arrived and left immediately and told me to go to XS as it was not the first time this had happened. A male apperaded twice inside the counter, not acknowledging us at all.
