The bar people are always rude, you stand around waiting to be served as happened to me last night, the woman continued to talk to some patrons totally ignoring me whilst i was waiting, some of your staff dont know how to say please or thank you, and most of the time am served with the feeling that i am intruding.some of the people that work in this club are obviously nearing retirement and i get an impression they are tired and dont want to be there and cant wait to go home, no disrespect to older workers ,some younger people with a bit of enthusiasm would be a start to improving a nice club atmoshere, whoever is doing your staff hiring needs to contact the country cub at narellan and talk to the recruitment officer there for some advice. From my point of view you all seem to suffer from the same attitude from the directors down to cleaners i dont see anything but your own importance that matters. I've eaten here a few times and its been a hit and miss. Tonight though was a the final straw.

Starting with the rude man who took our order, his lack of manners was deplorable, rude and belittling. When we went to pay he pointed to a sign hidden behind the menu saying there eftpos machine was down, no wifi. I found this hard to believe as we were using the clubs wifi. We asked if we could get money out of the ATM just outside the door and he kept shaking his head saying no, pay now or come back. The line was getting quite long and he relented and let us get the cash out so the order could still go through. Should have realized then that this had set the scene.

The food when it arrived was tasteless, cold and not cooked properly. The portions were ridiculously small and not worth what we paid.

Beyond disappointed. Tonight we ordered takeaway. Upon picking up, the lady at the counter asked if we were paying cash. I said that I would pay with card (especially due to covid-19). She said if I paid with card I would have to pay 10% more. I paid as it was my birthday dinner and I didn’t want to argue. I again looked on the website when I returned home and the cost of our meal was $52 and they charged me 10% more just for paying with card. I understand if merchant fees are applied for paying by card but to be charged 10% of the total bill to just pay with card is an absolute joke! I will be following this up with relevant government agencies as I feel customers should not be ripped off and be treated fair which this is not! Discrimination for...
