Generally happy with the product here but it's pretty insulting to massively change the size of a product and sell it for the same price.
Might have to look elsewhere to purchase my bread in future.
Response to response: Speaking of low acts, accusing a regular customer (I've been purchasing your bread for the past 6-7 years direct from your bakery) of trying to misrepresent a situation when you sold the product as being the same in the same packaging without any warning for the same price. Your lack of professionalism with your response also speaks volumes.
You were just caught out trying to cheat customers spending the same money for less product without informing them nor selling it for a lower price since you're getting less product.
