Terrible service, spent over $50 in there and the young girl said she had no bags, I said are you sure you don’t have something around back, she said no, I had no way of carrying all the stuff I had just bought out of there, I insisted she have a look for a bag and she found one around the back, unbelievable Went in there another time and there was a fly in the display windows where all the food was, I told the young girl and she tried to get it out but didn’t do a very good job of it, I told her the fly was still in the cabinet and she shrugged her shoulders, the other girl said it’s hard to get them out, I refused to buy anything that didn’t have plastic over it Will not be going...

I used to love Baker's Delight. I have been shopping there forever. I now live overseas and really look forward to getting my usual Baker's Delight when I visit home. However, it has REALLY gone downhill. I especially love coming back for hot cross buns. These are twice the price of everywhere else. They had almost zero glaze and were dry, did not have the correct amount of spices. The ones from Wollies are better. Also, my elderly mother loves their custard and almond bun, which this time, had virtually no custard in it. So, after spending a lot, everything ended up in the compost bin. Takeaway | Brunch | $1–20 Reason I like this Bakery is that they have calorie indicator on their bread so people who are quite conscious on their macros have better options. I’ve been ordering custard scroll for months now and I always asked for it to be cut in half or quarter. But today 25-Sep-2024, for some reason says she wont be able to do it for me today.
