BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARCOAL JOES

1. Charcoal Joe’s served RAW chicken skewers. I returned this to the shop and the manager did absolutely nothing about it. No refund, no apology, no replacement.

2. overpriced Drinks - I was charged $16.50 for an IPA.

Food was below average. Took forever to arrive and when it did - it was raw. To top it off - managers did jack all about it, took the plate of food, said absolutely nothing and left. I couldn’t believe it. It was just the WORST service I have ever seen.

Disappointing. I ordered online at 6.08pm for pick up at 6.45pm. I ordered a mushroom burger, fatoush salad and mixed plate. I arrived at 6.50pm and the order was not known of, let alone ready for pick up. I was asked to wait 10 mins for my order. the burger and salad was good but the disappointment is the chicken skewer and lamb skewer in the mixed plate. I paid $28 for the mixed plate and the skewers were microwaved/re-heated. Fancy place/setting but its pricey and...

THE PAPER MILL FOOD ROB'S YOU OF YOUR MONEY, at first I had an incident where Georgie's Pizza left out a major ingredient and before that, Charcoal Joe's served me just lamb pieces instead of a lamb wrap! If I didn't speak up they would have charged me for a lamb wrap when they would only served me lamb pieces! I'll never come back to this precinct where the workers lie through their teeth to you...
