Chargriil'd Rouse Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

Every time I am in Rouse Hill, I can’t resist but to come by for a steak and chips, which are incredible on their own. But there is one particular chef, i’m unsure of his name but today I went in and he was working on his day off or helping out on his day off or something like that. Nevertheless, he helped serve me anyways as the other staff were busy, he is a fairly young looking bloke but his passion and energy for what he serves you can really appreciate and you can taste it through every bite of the steak.

The genuine hospitality and care he shows for his food, is what keeps me coming back every single time I am in Rouse Hill without fail. Today in particular, I asked for the fat cap or fatty parts of the steak to be rendered out well and I didn’t mind if those part were slightly overcooked and the steak I received would put most high-end restaurants I’ve visited to shame.

I’m not sure who cooked the steak as the person who served me was a different bloke to the younger one I am talking about, he was a slightly older yet still relatively young bloke with shortish hair. Regardless, whoever made that steak made it so well, I felt I had to write this review.

I’d highly recommend giving recognition to these chefs as not only do they care about what they are serving, they do it with exceptional results. I could only imagine their capabilities with higher quality cuts of meat. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE 🤤🍔🧀

I was one of the very first customers and actually looked into getting a branch myself. The food here is utterly amazing.

I first came with my dad and we both had a craving for burgers. When we went in the food court we had a feeling this hadn’t been here before and we were right. That day we both got a burger and fries with cheese sauce and could not believe how good it was. We came many times and were never disappointed.

Every time we came I also got to interact with the love of my life, the cheese sauce. I still don’t know what makes that melted cheese taste so darn good. And I love how there is multiple types of fries when you get fries. The waffle fries at my favourite and they work really well with the cheese sauce.

The customer service here is amazing and people here often go the extra mile to make sure you have the best meal possible (like free cheese sauce 🤤).

If you have the time or even if you don’t, definitely come and try something, at least the cheese sauce.

$38 beef ribs is great. For real . I was check with staff regarding the size of beef ribs the staff was saying not small. This is the definition of not small, $38 with this. You can just grab $38 from me, it makes me feel better tbh. Thank you for ruined my Sunday lunch vibes 😂😅

As a customer whom love to eat outside , this is the worst size of beef ribs I ever order in my entire life. I hope you can consider to make a bigger size in the future for other customers.
