Mad Mex Rouse Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

Order twice from mad mex Rousehill sent incomplete order. Half of the items missing. When I questioned them the incompetent staff blamed the delivery partner instead of taking accountability for there mess ups. I was given a reason sorry we have way too many orders and can’t keep like seriously that’s the most pathetic excuse I ever heard. It’s not maccs or kfc they have so many orders more then mad mex but still able to make sure the customers get their right orders. Absolutely shocking it’s simple all the had to do is pack the order matching the order number plus when handing it to the delivery partner at least have a decency to check it , but nah too busy. Inconsiderate they should be appreciating that at these times customers are the ones making their business run and staff getting paid. These types of selfish acts caused inconvenience and they lose customers. Well too bad too sad Max Mex pull ur staffs heads in and train them that quality and quantity are the things a customer wants not half orders. I will not recommend Rousehill Mad mex to my family, friends or even my work mates. Be accountable for your actions....

Wanted to give zero stars, the experience we had was so bad. We are vegetarian and it’s not a choice but a cultural boundary that should be upheld at any cost. We ordered a cheese quesadillas for our child very simple order even someone with little experience h can get it wrong. But to our surprise there was a big piece of chicken in the dish. Luckily my child noticed it. When went to the counter to complain, the guy said without blinking an eye that we get hundreds of orders everyday. Well mate with this attitude and lack of professionalism it won’t long that you may have any customer left. They made us a new one but can’t believe the attitude of the staff there. I was just in the Rouse hill store with someone who was eating. I was facing the counter. There was a girl with very long dark hair, yes it was tied back but not in a braid or hair net. The same girl had gloves on, must have been quiet as the staff were chatting the whole time she was tubing the gloves over her face and neck then over her hair. Gloves weren’t changed prior to serving the next customer. There was also this nasty sponge that was being used to clean between the food containers then straight onto chopping boards.
