   Read moreI've consistently observed delivery drivers encountering long wait times at your outlet. Staff often avoid interaction, leaving orders ready on a table while drivers wait. While I understand wanting a confirmation before release, excessive delays are frustrating, especially with no compensation for wasted time (neither from the shop nor delivery apps).
Furthermore, orders frequently aren't prepared by the promised time. As a staff, you wouldn't appreciate similar treatment, and I believe fostering better behavior towards drivers benefits everyone.
Here are some suggestions:
Address any staffing issues causing delays in order preparation and promptly handing over.
Encourage staff to offer friendly and timely assistance to delivery drivers.
Remember, positive interactions with delivery drivers ultimately reflect well on your business and contribute to a smoother overall experience for your customers. You wouldn't want to be in a situation where delivery people start boycotting your store. Check Maccas RH, that's what happened to them, they will have 50 bags all the time ready to be picked up because none of us want to do their orders .. the sole reason isbstaff behaviour.

   Read moreThe place has quite a vibe, especially with the outdoor seating that makes for a very pleasant experience on a sunny day. With a few restaurants & ice cream shop all around it makes for a good occasion.
Menu is quite standard for a Greek Wrap shop. I found the meat to be slightly over-charred and this was across the 4 items we ordered. 2 Lamb Wrap, 1 Chicken kids wrap and a Meat Platter (kindly excuse my weak memory for not being able to recall their exact names on the menu). Fries were quite good - nice & crisp.
Another thing I found a little confusing was the price & serving size for the meat platter. It does come with a greek salad (which was quite refreshing on its own). At $30+ for the meal, I would imagine that it wonât be for a single person, however the serving size is too big for 1 person and too little for 2. It may work in a bigger group setting. Probably something for the owners to revisit.
Will I visit again. Probably yes, for the outdoor setting and for the reason that their Lamb & Chicken was #Halal. However, I will request the owners to iron out the small kinks.
Before I forget, the staff at the counter and the one who served us was very pleasant and friendly.
