Chargrill Charlie's Willoughby — Restaurant in Sydney

I thoroughly enjoy Chargrilled Charlie's. My favourite meal to eat is the Beef Burger Combo (minus tomato- EW!) with a Deep Spring! Such delicious succulent beef patties with scrumptious mouth watering sauce! AND don't even get me started on those perfectly salted chips! What a wonder of the world Chargrilled Charlie's is. Nothing is better on a Friday afternoon than sitting at a sticky wooden table with my favourite meal. As you may have guessed- I like Chargrilled Charlie's, but you may also have picked up on how I mentioned their sticky tables. This is where they really fall short. Disappointing! Come on Chargrilled Charlie's! Pick up your game! I love to eat your marvellous food but the sticky tables are just so repulsive! So please- please clean your tables thoroughly and trust me- your reviews will sky rocket! Take it from me! If next time I dine at Chargrilled Charlie's the tables are nice and NOT STICKY I will upgrade this rating to FIVE STARS!

So thank you Chargrilled Charlie's- your food is great but your tables are not. Please do look into this issue.

Good food. I agree with that. Nice flavour some choices. No compalint on food.

But after the new look and refurbishment the quantity of every dish has gone down. Looks like they started to cut down the quantity but has forgot to cut down the prices. I normally go there for a quick snack or for a take away and ive been there last week to get a large serve chips. They always use a small serve fill it with chips then dump that in a large size paper bag and then fill the the top left over space which makes it look like a really large serve. But in fact it's close to a medium serve when u get that small served bag out. And it's a $7 per serve which I thought was ridiculous for the serving they sell. I never get it " why does every business that gets busy and has a good customers count, making enough money starts to cut down the quality or quantity of food that they serve " when they start to see money.

That how the end of a business start : Unhappy customers = loss of profit and business. :(

Busy night. Plenty of staff. Several members standing around chatting to each other. Inexperienced staff left to their own devices. No chickens (busy so understandable) but they kept telling people “10mins or 5mins” when they were clearly much further off. So customers paid and had to wait. Ticket system- every time they came to the register they counted from 1 even if they had just personally served 6 etc. they honestly had no idea even when looking at their counter. 14 minutes in the queue only to be told they were out of cooked schnitzels and they don’t cook any fresh (like they normally do for me). No sold out stickers or signs like other items. 🤯🤯. At least they didn’t sell me something that had already been sold to others like they did to people in the...
