We just had an unfortunate experience at Charli's Cafe. We went there to get some work done while enjoying a meal. After ordering our food and drinks, we plugged in our laptops to charge, only to have the owner come over and rudely inform us that we couldn't use the power points for charging. I've never encountered a policy like this before, especially in a cafe that seems to cater to people looking for a relaxed environment to work in. The customer service was poor, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. We've now moved to another cafe where we feel more welcome.
