The food here is decent. My kids enjoy it but the customer service is atrocious.

We had one bad experience here previously but decided to give it another chance.

My kids finish tutoring at 7:30pm and we ducked in to grab a late dinner. We ordered the 3 choice and asked for the fried chicken and they told us they had run out even though there was clearly plenty left in the tray. To appease us they gave us a few pieces but filled the bottom with braised chicken wings to bulk it up.

Today my daughter returned to buy dinner and asked for the egg as one of her choices and was told they had run out even though the tray is clearly half full. They talked amongst themselves and told her they had sold out and they were for online orders.

The man who ordered after her ordered the egg dish and was served.

This seems to be a common occurrence at this place. Both times we ordered around 7:30 and because it is close to the 8pm close time, I feel like the staff are keeping tabs on the food to takeaway for themselves. I also own a food business so I know the working on behind the scenes. I feel sorry for the business owner and hope this sheds light on the detriment this is causing to their business.

We will not be coming back and don’t recommend ordering from here...

Not sure if this was a freak accident, but upon recommendation from my boss, decided to eat here during my 15 min lunch break. Got the 3 set combo with rice, fried chicken, mapo tofu, and eggplant.

The mapo tofu had a really odd taste, when I eat this dish with family at home, its very spicy and incredibly delicious. Here, it was very mild in spice and had a strange sour taste to it. The eggplant was also bitter. Around an hour later feeling incredibly sick, and nauseous.

I believe the tofu was off.

If you eat here, don't get the tofu or the eggplant.

Expectations...

I ordered the 3 choices bento here, which were cabbage,tofu and beef brisket. The tofu was next to the braised pork belly.

I repeated couple times to the cashier girl that I wanted tofu not pork belly. I grabbed the bento and didn't check the dishes.But later I founded that I ended up getting pork's belly,which is my most hated meal.

I couldn't finish the mento as I was giving too much pork belly.

Please provide better training to the staff on customer service. Taking orders and then repeating is not that...
