This is what the menu looks like. We ordered a single piece od samosa, sev puri and paaneer frankie. It was shocking that none of the items scored well on taste, the ambience was okay and hospitality was just average. The food was horrible! The samosa was stale! I could smell it, it was just deep fried at the last minute. The sev puri was a disgust. There was no filling at all. To make it look like there is a filling, the puris were filled with rice puffs or mur mura, no chutneys just literally sev on top of the puris with murmura filling. No onions, tomatoes, chaat masala or choriander. The paneer frankie had lettuce inside to my shock. Less paneer filling, no chutneys or and only sprinkle of onion, carrot and capsicum. Served with normal Tomato ketchup. It was not worth clicking photos of any of the dishes. Also they have not updated price on the menu. They charged me $12.50 instead of $11.50 as in the menu. The paneer frankie @$5 The sev puri @$5 and The samosa @ $1.50 Which totals to $ 11.50 but they...

Hygiene: Trust me, panipuri sellers in India serve in a much cleaner way. The lady serving panipuri was wearing extra large gloves and the tip of the gloves was all dipping in the water everytime she was serving.
Flavours: Understand you want to serve 3 different flavoured waters but but but... does not make sense when you dip the puri in one water and then the same one in other. Eventually, all the flavours will have no distinct taste and end up tasting same.
Service: Understand it is much cost-friendly compared to others but that does not mean you compromise on the service. No Hi, no Hello - "Take coupons and come outside!"
Taste: Below average.
Price: the price in the menu said $7 for 10 pieces but we were charged $24 for 3 plates. Unsure why.
The main reason I ain't going again is the service...

Except the kachhi dabeli, everything else was either oily, undercooked or tasteless. I will highly recommend anyone to first taste all items before ordering anything. I realised the quality of food after the party when I saw all the used dishes were full of food. I know my guests and they would never waste so much food in plates. It was confirmed when I tasted the food after everyone was gone. I still regret my choice and decision as I come from a catering and event management business and had to face such experience. The owner took the feedback very lightly with...
