Cloud 9 Bar at Rydges Sydney Airport is open from 3pm to 9pm daily, so it gave us the opportunity on a wet day to catch up with friends at the bar without getting drenched. There is a very small outside area off to one side, which no one used given the weather. The bar was well patronised the day we were there, so we sat in the tall chairs until some chairs in front of the windows were vacant. Service here was terrible and I won't be going again. Went to the Cloud 9 rooftop bar for a few drinks and to watch the planes, there was 1 waiter/staff for 20+ people present in the bar, and he was very slow and looked/acted disinterested (ie no enthusiasm and looked liked he'd rather be anywhere than there).
