Good atmosphere outside but today around 1105am i ordered pearl milk tea i walked out later i came back in 1min and said u served me just a milk tea but I actually paid for pearl milk tea. The lady was so rude and made grumpy face on me and pour the same milk tea on another cup and mixed some pearl, The way she treated me was very bad as if i asked her for free. Its my right to get if i pay money what i ordered. I experienced Very bad customer service. I don’t know why she is there if she is not happy with the customer. Whenever i go here, Staff who is a lady "always" looks grumpy. She "always" touch her mobile. When she makes drink, she never follow the recipe. I've never seen that she measure powder or tea base. That's why always taste is different. I drink always same one at Coco, so i know taste very well. Taste is horrible. I rarely write google review but i have to do today. My son loves the bubble tea from coco here. Surprisingly they have special offer $2.99 for medium size of pearl bubba milk tea today. Generous amount of pearl they gave us and taste great. Some places I tried, whenever they have special offer, they put less ingredients and add more water in it. But this place, still give you the original without reducing the level of ingredients.
