The deli helped to transform the retail industry in Glenbrook Village and helped others understand what was possible.

Really disappointed in my experience. I was craving a continental roll for days and drove up from Penrith to get one for lunch. Despite there being about 6-8 people working behind the counter i was told that they could not make me a fresh continental roll - all they had left was vegetarian ones that had been sitting in the display cabinet for a few hours. Cons delicatessen has been there for quite a number of years.. and thank goodness it was able to stay open during Covid because everyone was out walking and it was a great spot to get a Coffee through the side window there but now of course everything is back to normal and con is trading very busily.
