IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE MINUS STARS I WOULD

Were so I start to explain how disappointing this place is when it looks so good.

Staff are so rude and need serious training none are fit to be on the floor waiting customers. We went as a group which got entrees, mains and drinks (would of been a lot more drinking if we could actually get anyone to serve them) Any of the drinks we did order were all incorrect. We all ordered steak which was all cooked wrong. The young boy who took are steak to the table on the cast iron platters almost dropped it on my friend which was piping hot and tried to blame it on her that he didn’t know how to sit it on the table. ( I’m sorry but children with no waiting experience should get training before being put on the floor to serve) one waitress with blue hair was the rudest girl when we said about the sauce for one of the steaks being incorrect ( serious attitude problem) we got told that 3 different people were the manager when we asked to speak to one. Then we found out that the “manager” we first spoke to was actually the “owner” and were do I start with how rude and incompetent he is, I could go on and on about how bad the experience was but one things for sure our group will never return to this place and anyone who asks how it was will be advised not to waste their time or...

Wish I read the reviews before going here! Good night and good food but when it came to the paying the bill I noticed they over charged me about $100, asked them to look over it to which the bar manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong and showing me CCTV footage. That proved me right and then he stated oh the time on the clock is 2 hours fast, all an excuse. Wouldn't admit the mistake, avoid going to here, thieves!

Hope this review stops people from going to this place to avoid getting robbed like I was.

The time on the CCTV seemed to be very accurate, you tried to use this as an excuse to say we ordered cocktails before the happy hour, which was incorrect, we ordered a couple of cocktails after 11pm which I would have been happy to pay for but you claimed we drank outside of happy which which gave us a window of 20 minutes to drink 6 after 11pm.

It seems like you are unable to accept and acknowledge when a mistake is made and I think that's pretty clear from vast 1 star reviews you have received. And yes I raised my voice because you was blatantly lieing to my face.

Not sure what to call… restaurant or cafe or bar or pub? This new venue is in our local. They have breakfast menu as well as diner. There is alfresco area with outdoor tv for sports. The alfresco area is quite nice but there was so much noise from the street. Food menu is like pub food. We had beef burger and grilled prawns. Chips were nicely cooked. The burger’s bun was nice and soft. Burger was ok. Grilled prawns were yum. They were not bad at all, but not sure if they were that good to make me want to come back.

Too many colour lights and they were hurting my eyes for some reasons especially the green light… it is so bright. If the lights were dimmed and have only one or two colour lights that would be less tacky.

There were several staff but only one staff was nice and attentive. She has service mind and friendly. But the other two men are not.

It’s all about first impression we think…. And we didn’t get that from here. We still debate whether we should give it a chance...
