Crust Pizza Balgowlah — Restaurant in Sydney

I remember this place used to be really good but unfortunately for the last several orders I have had nothing but bad comments as this time the pizzas were as dry as the Sahara desert and the Truffle beef was unfortunately not made how its supposed to be made. I had called and spoke to the manager because they also forgot my coke and to complain about the pizzas, he said they will remake the pizzas and to give back the pizzas that were delivered to me but after waiting 45 minutes I called them back to find that they have cancel3d my order without notifying me and that they will not be resending out another order to me in replacement. This place is giving a bad name to the whole franchise as this will be the last and final time I will be ordering from CRUST as they think there boss pays there wages but unfortunately for them once there are no more customers there will be no more pay checks as the customer pays there wages so you need to make sure that your delivery and the quality is...

Horrible experience! Put a delivery order under my wife’s name for 8:45 pm As I was about to reach home that time The driver arrived 8:15 called me,(delivery time selected was 8:45 for a reason) I was not able to answer, upon arriving home I called back asking for the delivery(no answer) called the store, suggested me the driver will be there in another 5 min I was okay with that. The driver arrived with stone cold food and one missing item. Upon asking the delivery driver he goes I don’t have the item with me I forgot !!! Called back explained the whole situation they advised me full credit, which I am not interested in, all I wanted was some warm (not piping hot food as it was a scheduled delivery service) being in the hospitality industry I understand how things work. Service is appalling, when I asked the person about quality of pizza I had to bear the abusive behaviour and arguments. Not ready to accept. Accused me of seeking free credits, Although I did not get credit once. Was just asking them to make quality and taste consistent.

On top of that the guy even refused to tell me his name in case I complain further.

I have been ordering the same Paneer masala pizza, for more than a year from Crust Balgowlah and Dee Why. They always have dramas at the Balgowlah store. Terrible service and terrible people.
