Curly's on the Corner — Restaurant in Sydney

There is a blonde girl there who is now making the coffee. Can I just say that I really hope they keep her! She is extremely good at her job, I've ordered about 20 coffees over the last few weeks and EVERY SINGLE ONE has been perfect. For some reason this is really hard to find. I don't know what it is, the machines all seem the same, the technique seems the same, yet I feel that I am so often let down, and my coffee is really important to me. To get a bad one (which happens most of the time) can just ruin your day. Obviously I've tried all the coffee places in the area, and now I can say that they don't even get close to Curly's. It’s a kiddy slate park for beginners. It’s not really a skatepark for serious skaters but as a place to go hang with ya little kids and race around it’s fun. So 5 stars for a slate park to go and hang with the kids (age 4-8) beyond that I’d say there are way better skate parks out there. My kids prefer it over curl curl slate park which also isn’t great but for kids who are under 8 it’s awesome. For northern beaches council if you do read this, it would be good in future if you can maybe do a two tier slate park - one that’s more difficult and the smaller kids and kid scooter riders stay off unless they’re to a good...

Amazing experience. Went in with a co-worker (Mike "the Sargeant") to discover the place. If you know the expression: "the habit doesn't make the monk" then this is a clear example. You could easily miss it, yet it would be a mistake to do so. It's rather rustic appearance is overshadowed by a great service & menu. Superb customer reception, even if you bring your own lunch (as a foreigner, felt a bit ashamed at first), but they have a gift to make you feel welcome. Great coffee.
