I ordered my coffee with oat milk, expecting to accomodate my request. Instead, I discover later that it was made with full cream milk, and I am absolutely outraged. I called to give you feedback, but all I got was frustration and dismissiveness. That woman who answered, She claimed she was the one taking our order — as if that somehow excuses the mistake. Then she has the audacity to question me about why I didn’t specify the milk when she didn’t charge extra. How am I supposed to know if you charged me or not? You’re the one handling the order! She kept insisting she didn’t hear the "extra milk" request, but that’s your responsibility, not mine. And to top it all off, she says she "doesn't want to fight" and that you didn’t come there to argue over coffee. Honestly, it’s infuriating. You can’t even handle basic, constructive feedback from a customer who’s simply asking you to do better especially when it’s about serving something that impacts their health. And giving a free coffee doesn’t fix the fact that you served the wrong order,This dismissive attitude and irresponsibility are...

Uninspiring breakfast.. Oh what a calamity! Young waitress came to take our order. She was a bit nervous she hadn't been employed here long. She tried to remember our order and asked a few times to confirm. I told her to get a notepad. She wrote down our order then bought out coffee. It was ok. Campos blend. The little sweet biscuit was nice. An omelette came out and I buttered the toast waiting for my wife's to arrive. I cut a slice and went to eat but it was the wrong omelette. I asked the bloke beside me... It was his. So I sent it back. I'd already cut into it. The omelette came straight back out of the kitchen to the bloke beside me. It was the same omelette. Buttered toast and all. He was not happy got up and left. Mine came out and was meh. Under seasoned and Uninspiring.

I understand people make mistakes in service but never have I seen anything so monumental from the kitchen.

Take some learnings and do better. We...

Coffee is decent most of time, if they can remember the right order.

Service however, is often terrible.

This place can get busy with plenty of people waiting to order or receive their drinks. What slows the entire thing down however, is all the "friends" of the cafe who walk past the queues and order direct from the barista behind the machine. On many occasions you can line up to order only for 3 or 4 friends of the barista to walk behind the counter and order, pushing your wait out even further. Not unusual to wait 20 minutes for a coffee in this scenario.

Given the huge selection of cafes in the area, I will do without the hassle. Seems new ownership did nothing to fix the...

Avoid if you have allergies! The food here was tasty, however, they served regular bread to my dad who is a celiac, despite us checking/asking and rechecking multiple times. It was only after he ate the bread that the manager explained it was a mix-up. In fairness, she apologised and didn’t charge our table, which I’m grateful for as a gesture, but I’d strongly suggest staying away from here if you have any dietary requirements. Our server was so confident it was gluten-free. That’s the scary part. My dad has been sick & unable to leave the bathroom / bedroom for over an hour now. A whole day ruined.

Pleasant little suburban cafe in Homebush with attached deli. It appeared to be very popular with take away beverages, but the alfresco dining and indoor seating was only a quarter full. For Saturday morning breakfast I ordered the smashed avocado, which turned out to be a plain but perfectly adequate dish, consisting of two small toasted bread slices topped with mashed avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes and crumbed feta. Friendly service, prices are reasonable.
